Shipping Policy

This policy applies to every order placed through the StepMaster online store (www.stepmaster.gr).


1. Service Areas

  • Greece: All mainland regions and islands.

  • European Union (EU): Door-to-door delivery to all customs-union countries.

  • Outside the EU: On request only—customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees.


2. Order Handling & Lead Times

* All lead-times start once payment is confirmed and are indicative only.
** StepMills ship about 90 % pre-assembled.


3. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout according to:

  • delivery address (postal code / country)

  • total weight & volume of your cart

  • any extra services (e.g. upper-floor delivery, express service)

The final shipping cost is shown before you complete payment.
Orders above €XXX may qualify for free shipping—this is applied automatically in the cart.


4. Tracking & Delivery

  • Standard delivery is curb-side (ground-floor / building entrance). Moving the unit indoors or upstairs requires prior arrangement and may incur an extra fee.

  • The carrier will attempt delivery up to two times. If both attempts fail, the parcel returns to the depot and re-shipping costs will apply.


5. Inspection on Receipt

  1. Inspect the outer packaging before signing.

  2. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery slip and take photos.

  3. Notify us within 24 hours at support@stepmaster.gr.

Signing without reservation confirms the parcel was delivered in good condition.


6. Non-Delivery or Wrong Address

  • Parcels returned due to non-delivery or an incorrect address are re-shipped after consultation; all extra costs are borne by the customer.

  • If you request cancellation instead, we refund the purchase price minus all shipping & handling fees.


7. Delays & Stock Shortages

  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified within 48 hours and may choose to wait, swap products or receive a full refund.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g. weather, strikes, customs holds).


8. Exports & Customs (Non-EU Deliveries)

The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs fees.
If you refuse to pay these charges, the shipment will be returned to us and we will refund your payment minus all related costs.
