2. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing the site or placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

3. Product & Price Information

Specs derive from official manufacturer manuals. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions without notice.

4. Order Process

  1. Add to cart → check quantity/price

  2. Checkout → enter details, choose payment & shipping

  3. Confirmation → you receive an email; the contract is formed when you get “Order in processing”.

5. Payment Methods

  • Visa / Mastercard / AmEx

  • Klarna Pay-in-3 (3 interest-free instalments)

  • Bank transfer (100 % prepaid)
    All transactions run on SSL-256-bit secure servers.

6. Delivery & Shipping

We ship within Greece & the EU. Indicative lead-times: 4-7 business days (Athens), 7-12 days (islands), 12-15 days (EU).

7. Withdrawal & Returns

14-day right of withdrawal applies (see “Return & Refund Policy”). Standard returns: customer pays return shipping; refund after technical inspection, within 14 days of completion.

8. Warranty & Support

Legal 2-year conformity warranty + StepMaster 3-year factory warranty on frame & motor. Service requests: support@stepmaster.gr.

9. Liability

StepMaster is not liable for
• Loss of data/income from unauthorised website use
• Injuries from incorrect assembly or misuse
Liability is limited to the purchase price.

10. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, text, photos) is owned by StepMaster or its licensors and protected by Greek & international law.

11. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

12. Data Security

We employ SSL, firewalls and PCI-DSS compliance. See our “Privacy Policy”.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Greek law governs; Courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction. You may also use the EU ODR platform.

14. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication; continued use constitutes acceptance.
